Often you may think the concept of wellness only applies to the physical being, but I believe there are multiple dimensions to complete wellness.
- Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices towards living a more healthy and fulfilling life.
- It is a choice to assume responsibility for the quality of your life.
- Wellness is an alternative to dependency on doctors and drugs, to complacency, to mediocrity and to self-pity, boredom and slothfulness.
