Fitness Friday: 15 minute full body workout

As you know, I've been training for my first 5k. I usually run in the evenings and find that I want to do more but I run out of time. I saw this on today and I think its going to be the perfect 15 minute workout for me! I'm super excited to try it and thought I would share it here with you!
