It's back to school time!

Its funny how as parents we almost treat it like New Years, making "resolutions" about how we are going to do things differently to make this year better than last year!

Here's something that will help make your mornings a little easier and will calm your concerns about getting your kids' day started off with a healthy breakfast.

Lemon Cooler
• 2 scoops Body FX Tropical Crème
• 2 tsp. lemon extract
• 6-8 ice cubes
• 8 oz water

Orange Dream
• 2 scoops Body FX Chocolate
  or Tropical Crème
• 2 tsp. orange extract
• 6-8 ice cubes

Strawberry Banana
• 2 scoops Body FX Tropical Crème
• ½ cup strawberries
• 1 tsp. banana extract
• 6-8 ice cubes
• 8 oz water

Wild About Berries
• 2 scoops Body FX Tropical Crème
• 6-8 raspberries
• 4 strawberries
• 15 blueberries
• 6-8 ice cubes
• 10 oz water

Bahama Breeze
• 2 scoops Body FX Tropical Crème
• ½ cup pineapple-orange juice
• 1 tsp. coconut extract
• 6-8 ice cubes
• 8 oz water

Banana Cream Pie
• 2 scoops Body FX Chocolate or Tropical Crème
• ½ banana
• 1 tsp. banana extract
• 2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
• 6-8 Ice cubes

Peanut Butter Bonanza

• 10 oz water

Chocolate Covered Cherries
